In May 2025, JD Sheth evaluated where we wanted our focus to be within the City of Evansville. Historically, most of our projects have been located in the 4th ward, specifically Jacobsville and the southern part of the city. After re-evaluating, our board of directors decided to focus on the Glenwood Neighborhood on the south side of Evansville. With the adoption of Glenwood Leadership Academy in 2023 and seeing the needed infrastructure upgrades, park improvements, and safety issues, JD Sheth decided to listen to residents and work on ways we could support progression in this community.
What does the adoption of a neighborhood look like? We will focus on Glenwood Leadership Academy, Caldwell Park, roads/sidewalks, street lights and safety measures, and so much more. We are excited to work with the residents of the Glenwood Neighborhood to support infrastructure to build a stronger local economy and social connection, a healthier community, and reduce crime.
In 2026, Caldwell Park will be getting a new park sign and new fencing around the perimeter. We are also working on adding a new sidewalk in the area to make it safer for residents.
