In 2025, Vann Park Neighborhood Association requested support for a pavilion in their park to promote a greater sense of community, socialization, and opportunities for games/movies/concerts in their community. Construction was completed in the spring of 2026 and the new pavilion has inspired a few other local parks to consider adding one. We look forward to working with additional parks to help with fundraising for their pavilion! JD Sheth is excited to support these future outdoor green spaces and is happy to enhance our local parks with an upgrade like this one.
